I am interfacing between OpenFAST v3.1.0 and Simulink using the windows application programing interface (API) functions with file mapping objects. In the simulink model, there is a C-Caller block (written in C programming language) that is used to write-to and read-from the memory mapped files shared with OpenFAST. The issue is, when I try to run a long simulation ( e.g., for 16000 secs), the simulation crashes at 4177 sec and an error message is shown in the attached screenshot. the message is " could not create file mapping object hMapFile1 could not create event "
Does anyone have an idea why this happens ?
