I’m not understanding your question. Are you running an OpenFAST within Simulink model provided by NREL, or is this something you made yourself?

Yes.I am modeling against FAST and Type 3 wind turbines. When I ran it, I found that its generator speed exceeded the rated value, and Te was also very high

I’m still not understanding. If you obtained this OpenFAST model from NREL; where did you obtain it from?
Are you now getting a run-time error in addition to unexpected speed and torque?
