How to produce different turbulent wind speeds

I am using  the fast v8 to design pitch control for above rated wind speeds .I have problem with generating wind speeds.  I am using test 18 .fst file .please give me the steps how to generate wind speeds for pitch controller .I am a beginner , thank you in advance

Turbulent wind data for use with FAST v8 can be generated via TurbSim: TurbSim | Wind Research | NREL.
