How can i input the Wind Velocity by constant number?

This is the first time that i send to you, and I’m starting to learn the FAST program a few days agoز

I want to analysis the values of Output Power of wind turbine (for example NRELOffshrBsline5MW_Onshore) at different velocities, so i want to input constant values of wind velocity at different times.
