Error occured while trying to read BldFl1Sh(1)

Hi everybody,

Now I am building a customized wind turbine model with FAST v7,when I finish all the input parameters of modelling and start to linearization,there is always an error message mentioned that Error occured while trying to read BldFl1Sh(1) and aborting.But in the setting of mode shape information in the blade input file,the coefficient of polynomial is from BldFl1Sh(2) to BldFl1Sh(6).What is the reason for this? How to solve this problem?Thank you in advance for any information about this.

Dear Qiang Jin,

I think the error message is just an artifact of the way the way error messages are written. In the error message, “(1)” just means the error was on the first element of the BldFl1Sh() array. You are correct that the first element of the BldFl1Sh() array is identified as “(2)” in the input file. Regardless, there seems to be a problem with first line of the BldFl1Sh() array in the FAST blade input file.
