From a quick look at your input files, I see that you have not set a constant generator generator in conjunction with TrimCase = 3 in your ServoDyn input file, which we generally recommend.
Also, have you eliminated the generator azimuth state from the linear model before post-processing, e.g., as discussed in the following forum topic: FAST linearization V7 - Wind & Water / Computer-Aided Engineering Software Tools - NREL Forum?
