Wave stretching feature

I would like to use the wave stretching feature in OpenFAST’s HydroDyn.
Please let me know when the stretch feature will be available.

Wave stretching was added to OpenFAST with the introduction of the SeaState module via the following pull request: Additional features for the new SeaState module and HydroDyn by luwang00 · Pull Request #1008 · OpenFAST/openfast · GitHub. This feature is slated for public release in OpenFAST v4.0, due out soon.
