I have a small and quick question on the NREL 5MW wind turbine. I’m trying not to be rude, but short and simple. Does the Excel workbook on “Upwind Reference Wind Turbine”, is accessible to everyone?

I have version 009 of the Upwind Excel workbook “UpWind Reference Wind Turbine”, but I don’t know if that is the latest or in the public domain. The workbook references Ben Hendriks and Pieter van Langen of ECN as contacts; I suggest that you reach out to them. If they are OK with this, please post the workbook to this forum.
