Simulation error: UJacScl

Hi there,

I’m trying to run FASTV8 for a model turbine. The parameters and flags in the aerodyn, elastodyn files have been set to match the model turbine (appropriate scaling is included) and I keep getting this “error occurred while trying to read UJacSclFact.” I’m not sure why this is happening. Could you kindly help me out?

Dear Aananthy,

My guess is your FAST primary input file is formatted improperly. As with any input file format problem, I suggest that you use the Echo option from the primary FAST input file to debug errors in the input-file processing.
