Hi everyone I am working on the GCC (might known as interconnection) of the certificate issue for our wind turbines in US. I haven’t found any clear federal or state regulations so I am asking for help from any of you. Acctually we have wind farm project carried on in Texas, therefore I do appreciate you can tell me more about the requirements of GCC in Texas. Any effort will be grateful. Many thanks.
