how can i obtain ultimate life of RootFxc1 and RootFyc1 and RootFzc1 for windpack 1.5MW turbine? is there any report that indicates these ultimate data for WindPack 1.5MW?

The loads analysis ran for the WindPACT 1.5-MW turbine is described in the WindPACT Rotor Design Study Report: nrel.gov/docs/fy06osti/32495.pdf. I see some discussion on the ultimate blade-root bending moments, but no discussion on the blade-root shear forces.
However, I believe a full ANSYS model of the WindPACT 1.5-MW blade is available with the NuMAD software, from which the ultimate strengths could be derived: energy.sandia.gov/energy/renewab … ool-numad/.
