i am working on the control of WindPack 1.5 MW turbine and i would like to ask, what is the maximum Generator Torque that the high speed shaft(HSS) can resist and how can i compute the fatigue life of the system using FAST?

I don’t recall if the various WindPACT reports mentioned a maximum generator torque; if not, you’ll have to make your own assumptions for your own purposes.
The calculation of fatigue has been discussed many times on this forum, but normally will involve running a number of TurbSim and FAST simulations at different wind speeds/operational conditions, followed by post-processing in MLife.
