I am working on the modelling of a tidal turbine with FAST, but I am encountering some problems.
My tidal turbine has an architecture really close to wind turbine, with a monopile foundation, a 3 blades rotor with individual pitch system and a nacelle with yaw system.
First, do you know if some people had already worked on this topic ?
Which modules do I choose for tower modelling (tower structure dynamics + hydrodynamics loads) ? AeroDyn+elastodyn, HydroDyn+elastoDyn or HydroDyn+SubDyn ?
Have you an idea for modelling waves impact on blades, and added mass and buoyancy forces on blades and nacelle ?
