DEL (Damage Equivalent Loads) frequency

Hello everyone,

I was reading the M-Life theory manual and i encounter the term " DEL frequency ". It is on the bottom of the page 7.
The unit of DEL frequency is in Hertz and not in rad/s isn’t it ?

I agree that the DEL frequency in the MLife Theory Manual is in Hertz.
