Turbsim cyclic frequency f

Good Morning everybody,

by taking a look of the basic theory on Power Spectra, I have noticed that the power spectrum matrix is a multidimensional one: I mean, you have a different NxN matrix for each sampling frequency.
So I would like to know what is the cyclic frequency usually used within the Turbsim code, since I guess it´s not that easy to handle tridimensional matrices.

I really hope somebody could help me in such a way.

Hi Francesco,

The frequencies used in TurbSim are determined by the TimeStep and AnalysisTime inputs. You can read about them and how they affect the frequencies in the TurbSim User’s Guide ([url]National Wind Technology Center's Information Portal | Wind Research | NREL).
