Import .lin file to MATLAB

Hello,

I am Iñaki, a Spanish student and I am linearizing the 5MW onshore wind turbine with FAST 7. Everything works, but I spend too much time importing the .lin output file to MATLAB. I would like to know if there is any file in the FAST folder that can do it automatically.

Dear Iñaki,

The MATLAB script GetMats.m from the MBC3 tool can be used to read the FAST v7 linearization output file (*.lin) into MATLAB. MBC3 is available from: nwtc.nrel.gov/MBC.
