FAST output options

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding the output options in FAST. Is it possible to have the velocity and acceleration of the platform 6 DOFs as output, and also the nacelle’s velocity and acceleration?

Dear Aina,

Yes it is. Please see the “Output Files” chapter of the FAST User’s GUide. The tables “Output Paremeters for Nacelle Inertial Measurement Unit Motions” and “Output Parameters for Platform Motions” list the output paremeters available for the motion of the nacelle and platform, respectively.
