how can I calculate all load cycles for all load range bins to plot a S-N diagram with the data from MLife. Till now I´m not able to use the output from MLife to plot a S-N-diagram (or better load-liftetime-diagram) like the following.

Good question. Certainly MLife performs the rainflow cycle counting and internally stores the load cycle per load range data, but I don’t see from the input file that it is straightforward to access and plot this data. And I don’t know enough about the source code to point you in the right direction. Hopefully someone else with more knowledge of the MLife source code can comment on how this data can be extracted.
Certainly other post-processing tools, such as MCrunch, make it straightforward to access and plot the rainflow cycle counting data.
