I don’t recall if the power coefficient (Cp) as a function of tip-speed ratio (TSR) has been published for the Small Wind Research Turbine (SWRT). However, you can calculate these with the standalone AeroDyn v15 driver e.g. see: Effecting of turbulence intensity on load of WT blade - #13 by Jason.Jonkman (more difficult, but allows the rotor to be flexible).
