MAP program for mooring line analysis

Hello everyone,

I am running MAP program standalone to obtain the mooring lines stiffness matrix around the equilibrium point. The code runs without errors.

My question is: the mass of the floating body should not affect the mooring stiffness matrix ?

I haven’t seen any mass in the input file of MAP?

Am i wrong ?

Hi Riad,
For a given equilibrium position, the body mass shouldn’t have any effect on the mooring system stiffness matrix.
