Dear Terence,
It appears that you are modeling the NREL 5-MW turbine. I quickly compared your input file with mine, and the only major difference I saw is that your model neglects precone and shaft tilt. I didn’t find anything in the SANDIA report stating that precone and tilt were neglected, so, that may be a cause for the differences. You didn’t attach the AeroDyn input file, so, I can’t check your aerodynamic settings; perhaps there is a difference there as well.
The “FAST Digitised” results you posted are quite similar to the original FAST-generated results published in the NREL 5-MW specifications report, which are included in my Mar 26, 2014 post in the forum topic found here: NREL5MW Rotor Speed Data.
