As discussed in the WAMIT documentation, “substantial differences between the three volumes may indicate errors in the GDF input data”. Is the WAMIT model you are using supplied by NREL or one you made yourself?

My model (for the coupled dynamic analysis) is 5 MW SEMI-SUBMERSIBLE WIND TURBINE COMBINED WITH THREE FLAP-TYPE WAVE ENERGY CONVERTERS, one of the MARINA Platforms (Marine Renewable Integrated application Platform) developed at NTNU. Please find my GDF file (combined, 3 flaps + floating plateform) obtained from the rhinoceros and model image.
