I’m doing test running with OpenLoop example, however this issue came up.
(I have checked the fst file and it shows " 9.80665 Gravity - Gravitational acceleration (m/s^2)" successfully)
Can anyone please help me to address the issue? And also I could not find IEA 15MW spar buoy example. I would really appreciate if anyone can tell me where I can find.

I would first check that your input files are compatible with the version of OpenFAST you are using. Input file changes with each release of OpenFAST are documented here: 4.1.2. API changes between versions — OpenFAST v4.0.4 documentation. And you can always enable the Echo option to debug issues associated with input file processsing.
I’m not aware of a public model of a spar buoy for the IEA Wind 15-MW reference wind turbine.
