As another question; I am curious about aerodynamic modeling of blades in Parked situation. how can I implement quasi-steady and unsteady formulation to address motion dependent forces (Buffeting and self-excited forces)?
where can I change the parameters dealing with aerodynamic admittance function and/or aerodynamic flutter derivatives?

I comprehended that in parked situation only quasi-steady is taken into the account.
