I generally agree with your calculations, but I haven’t confirmed that all of your numbers are correct. I certainly notice some small differences to what is reported for the WindPACT 1.5-MW baseline turbine, e.g, as discussed on our forum here: Cp (power coefficient) of WindPact 1.5 Mw turbine - #2 by Jason.Jonkman.
To answer your specific questions:
- The pitch controller is (standard) pitch to feather.
- In the full-load region, the pitch angle will move between optimal pitch (about 2.6 deg) and about 30 deg. And in parked/idling mode, the blade pitch will increase to about 90 degrees. You should extend your power coefficient curve to higher blade-pitch angles.
