These details where not part of the original specification of the NREL 5-MW baseline wind turbine. However, the blade properties of the NREL 5-MW baseline turbine have been reverse-engineered in order to establish cross sectional details such as geometries and materials, as well as a full 3D FEA model, e.g., as discussed in the following forum topic: Structural design of the wind turbine blade - #5 by Jason.Jonkman.
