The tower influence model documented in the AeroDyn theory manual is available in AeroDyn v13.00.00a-bjj. You can read about the required inputs on pages 1 and 2 in [url]National Wind Technology Center's Information Portal | Wind Research | NREL. There is also a sample input file in the AeroDyn v13.00.00a-bjj archive that uses this new feature (see “AeroDyn_TowerInfl.ipt” and “AeroDyn_Tower.dat” in the archive’s “Samples” folder).
